BORN 20 MMBTU/hour Heater

Heater, natural gas fired, 20 MMBTU/hr with four low NOx burners.

Built by Born in 1980 as a natural gas/fuel oil fired heater.  Served as the hydrocracker debutanizer reboiler heater, but idle since 1995.

Retrofitted in 1991 with 4 AUS Combustion Systems 3.9 MMBTU/hr low NOx burners. Capable of over 20 MMBTU/hr.

Vertical cylinder design with horizontal convection tubes.  All tubes are A312 type 304 stainless steel, schedule 40.  The heater was inspected in 1999 in preparation for resuming refining.

We have a complete file of inspection reports, drawings and specifications, and air emissions data available for review at our facility.
