We have several steam boilers available. All are equipped with low-NOx burners for natural gas/refinery gas firing.
120 MMBTU/hr North Holman, producing 80,000 lb/hour of 600-lb steam at 700F. 1990 Holman Boiler Works rebuild of a Wickes A-type boiler, No. 63120. Design is 115 MMBTU/hr, with a potential for 150 MMBTU/hr according to Holman. Current burner is a John Zink AVC-SF-SA-32CH, rated for 12 - 122 MMBTU/hr with natural gas and somewhat less for fuel oil. Manufacturer's guarantee of 0.09 lb NOx/MMBTU. Includes the stack emission monitor system in a stainless steel enclosure. This is a package unit that can be readily relocated.
100 MMBTU/hr South Holman, producing 70,000 lb/hour of 700-lb steam at 650F. 1994 Holman Boiler Works rebuild of a Foster Wheeler D-type boiler, AC-5110. Shipping weight 177,000 lbs. Like the North unit, this includes the stack emission monitor system in a stainless steel enclosure. It is also a package unit that can be readily relocated. We installed this boiler in 1994, commissioned it, and then shut it down. Equipped with a Peerless SCR for 90% NOx reduction.

Two 29 MMBTU/hr units, each producing 17,000 lb/hr of 600-lb steam, Foster-Wheeler manufacturer.
SOLD
50 MMBTU/hr, producing 40,000 lb/hour of 150-lb steam. Zurn / Erie City Iron Works. The boiler was retubed in 1994 and has been idle since 1995. It was inspected in 1998.
